These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReelWin Information Hub (the "Hub"). By accessing or using the Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Hub. Our main website is ReelWin.
Informational purpose
Content on the Hub is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or other advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional tailored to your circumstances. Any action you take based on Hub content is at your own risk.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Hub, including by:
- interfering with or disrupting its operation, security, or infrastructure;
- scraping, crawling, or harvesting content at a volume that impairs service, or in violation of these Terms;
- introducing malware or other harmful code;

Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, content on the Hub is owned by ReelWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from Hub content without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by law.
Third-party links
The Hub may link to third-party websites, including ReelWin and other resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites, and links do not constitute endorsement.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE HUB AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Hub will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ReelWin AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE HUB, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE HUB WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReelWin and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Hub or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes shall lie in the courts located in the jurisdiction where we operate, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Hub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Platform provider
This Information Hub is built and hosted by AI Spotlight, a technology platform that provides the underlying website, subdomain, and publishing infrastructure for hubs of this kind. AI Spotlight's role is limited to providing the technical platform; it does not control, author, or manage the content published on the Hub. AI Spotlight and its affiliates and their respective owners, officers, employees, and service providers are referred to as the "Platform Parties."
The business named in these Terms, ReelWin (the "Business"), is responsible for the Hub and its content as set out below.
- The Business is solely responsible for all content. The Business is solely responsible for all content published on the Hub, including its accuracy, factual correctness, appropriateness, legality, and non-infringement. The Business is responsible for reviewing and monitoring the Hub on an ongoing basis and for editing, correcting, or removing any content as necessary. The Business has the ability to review, edit, add, correct, or remove any content, page, or material on the Hub at any time.
- AI Spotlight is not responsible for content. The Platform Parties do not create, author, endorse, review, verify, or assume any responsibility for the content published on the Hub, and do not provide professional advice through the Hub. The Platform Parties are not responsible or liable for any content on the Hub, including any content that is incorrect, inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate, misleading, infringing, or unlawful, or for any reliance you place on Hub content. All responsibility for Hub content rests solely with the Business.
- Disclaimer extends to AI Spotlight. All disclaimers of warranties in these Terms apply equally to the Platform Parties. The Hub and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," and the Platform Parties make no warranties of any kind regarding the Hub or its content.
- Limitation of liability extends to AI Spotlight. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform Parties will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to the Hub or its content, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform Parties' total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Hub will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
- Disputes are with the Business. The Platform Parties are not responsible or liable for the Business's content, business, products, services, or conduct. Any dispute regarding Hub content or the Business's business is solely between you and the Business.
- Inquiries. Questions about Hub content should be directed to the Business using the contact details in these Terms.
This "Platform provider" section is provided by AI Spotlight to disclose that it built and hosts the technical platform and to make clear that all responsibility for Hub content rests with the Business. It forms part of these Terms as published and is binding on users of the Hub.
